Let’s work together

As an independent organisation we can provide a breath of fresh air and a wealth of ideas.

Tap into our expertise and experience and discover how we can help you make real change to build your Early Years System and make real change for childhoods.

Our service is bespoke. We will work with you for as long as you need to us, to help guide you through your systems change or service transformation, using our approach and by drawing upon our expertise and insight at all stages of the journey.  We have worked with councils and ICBs and have found the following process a good place to start:

Creative co-production session with a large group

1: Introduction

A chance to meet one of our friendly team so we can understand your current context and for you to find out more about the support we can offer.

Friendly professionals shaking hands
Post it notes collected from a campaign brainstorming session

2: Discovery workshop

Following an initial call we will arrange either a virtual or physical workshop. A small team of specialists will join a session with your key stakeholders and decision makers to evaluate the current landscape and a establish scope for what you are hoping to achieve.

 3: Opportunity Assessment

We could then carry out an opportunity assessment which will involve gathering research and insight from your teams and your community. We will establish our suggested key areas for development and give a top level overview of how this could be achieved.

Conference call with partners
Team meeting

This is where the relationship begins. Following the opportunity assessment, the in-depth systems building work will follow. Our experts can work with you to devise, enact, and embed positive change. This approach means that our offer is unique to you; your early years system can continue to benefit from everything we’ve learned during our successes in Blackpool.

Feedback

“Setting the collective vision for Blackpool Better Start enabled all agencies to see how their own work could make a difference for families with young children. It also led us to realise what a critical contribution Better Start could make to our wider ambitions for regeneration and renewal of Blackpool. When we invest in early childhood, we are investing in the future of our town.”
